Due to an upcoming in house competition and a five-week GLOBAL CrossFit throwdown, the Beginners’ Sessions will take Tuesday & Wednesday at 6:30pm thru the end of March. These are also written on the calendar online.

Please confirm with me via email at info@crossfitharpoon.com which days that you can attend so that I can ensure we have enough hands on deck and that the content is scheduled appropriately for you. You need to attend Day A, B & C before joining Group Class.
