Hip hip hooray for closing out yet another week of doing YOUR best. So many of you crushed your old times/scores from 16.4 in 17.4!
If you want to do 17.4 for the first time, or you would like to repeat it before the scores close, you may ONLY do so during open gym (4:30pm-5:30pm) or during the 6:30 pm class. If you plan on doing the workout at 6:30pm, please warm up at 6:00pm so that you’re ready to promptly begin.
Otherwise, if you cannot make the evening class times, then you’ll need to contact Stephen (Volk) via facebook as he will explain the standards and the judging expectations, etc.
