Heavy Day!
We don’t do these very often but every once in a while, we are going to do a lifting ONLY day. Each lift should take about 20 minutes to complete from set up to finish. Take your time. Take ample rest. And find a heavy 1RM for the following lifts:
1RM Deadlift
1RM Bench Press
* Be smart in both of these lifts as form is always priority over weight. Again, this is about setting a SMART baseline for the next 15 weeks.
