We pride ourselves in giving our members more than just a good workout here at CrossFit Harpoon, because we know that it’s not enough to strengthen just the body. To be truly healthy, we believe you have to strengthen the whole person – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

We want to teach you how to choose the active life everywhere you can. We want you to thrive not only in the gym, but also on the mountain, in the water, with your kids in the backyard, and at the end of a long workday. What we do here may start in the gym, but it never ends there.

BUILD habits

We want to help you recognize the power that creating better, healthier habits will have on every facet of your life and the lives of your closet family members. Yes, we want you to work out consistently – but we also want you eating better, sleeping more, and thinking more positively.

Create connections

We want to remind you of how important strong relationships are in the pursuit of health. That’s why we encourage your whole family to join us. Because when everybody in the house starts moving more, eating better, and working hard together, there’s no limit to what can be achieved.

CrossFit isn’t for everybody, but it absolutely can be for anybody.
