We’re ready for you!

And you’re ready for us, exactly as you are today. We promise. Take the first step and let us guide you through the rest.

Step One

The best way to know if you like a new restaurant is to eat a meal there. Likewise, the best way to know if CrossFit Harpoon is a good fit for you is to take a class.

We’ve designed all our Friday classes to be the perfect introduction to who we are and what we do. All we’re missing is you.

Use the form below to tell us which class you’d like to come for. We’ll take care of the rest.

Step Two

If you’re ready to take the next step toward embracing the active life after your free class, you can choose whether you want:

A) Three additional one on ones with our knowledgeable coaches, including a nutrition assessment with our Nutrition Coach and a movement assessment with our Doctor of Physical Therapy for $200

or

B) Jump right into class and learn on the fly! Our coaching staff is skilled enough to provide some additional coaching guidance for you as you get acclimated!

Step THREE

After you decide that we’re a good fit for one another, join any of our classes that fit your schedule with a no-commitment membership — that’s right, only commit 30 days at a time! 

Choose between an unlimited membership or a 3x/week membership, and freely switch between the two as needed on a monthly basis. 

Most classes have general availability so there’s no need to heavily schedule in advance. Our 5:25am is our busiest class. Other than that, come as you please!
